What makes our panini truly special is the cheese we use at Calabria Mia. Our speciality cheeses are sourced directly from Calabria and are exclusively available at Calabria Mia. 🇮🇹
The only exceptions are fresh Italian mozzarella, burrata and Taleggio, which have a very short shelf life and are therefore sourced through well-established and reputable Italian food distributors in the UK, ensuring we always serve them fresh and at their best.
